European cultural heritage initiatives

Abstract

The number of countries engaged in developing global strategies for the protection and preservation of cultural heritage is continuously increasing. This is doubly significant: intrinsically for its cultural value, extrinsically for its effects on the economy, territory, environment and society.

The Ministry of Education, University and Research coordinates and supports projects submitted by cultural institutes of excellence. Among the Flagship Projects of the National Research Programme 2010-2012 is the study of the sumptuous Villa of the Papyri in Herculaneum. Excavations, which took place in the eighteenth century, produced many detailed documents, but 90% of the Villa remains unexplored.

As part of the International Platform on space exploration, a world conference is to be held at the church of San Romano in Lucca, Italy, in which prestigious Italian and foreign structures are involved, regarding technical innovation for the protection and preservation of cultural heritage.

I paesi impegnati nello sviluppo di strategie globali per la tutela e la salvaguardia del patrimonio culturale sono in continua crescita. Esso assume una duplice valenza: intrinseca per il suo valore culturale, estrinseca per le ripercussioni sull’economia, il territorio, l’ambiente e la società.

Il Ministero dell’Istruzione, dell’Università e della Ricerca coordina e finanzia i progetti presentati da Istituti Culturali di eccellenza. Tra i Progetti Bandiera del Piano Nazionale della Ricerca 2010-12 figura lo studio della fastosa Villa dei Papiri, in Ercolano, dettagliatamente documentata dalle campagne di scavo settecentesche, e tuttora al 90% inesplorata.

Prestigiose strutture italiane e straniere sono coinvolte, in occasione della Piattaforma Internazionale sull’Esplorazione Spaziale, presso la chiesa di San Romano di Lucca, in una conferenza mondiale per l’innovazione tecnologica nella tutela e la salvaguardia dei beni culturali.

Les pays engagés dans le développement de stratégies globales pour la tutelle et la sauvegarde du patrimoine culturel sont en croissance continue. Il assume une double valence : intrinsèque pour la valeur culturelle, extrinsèque pour les répercussions sur l’économie, le territoire, l’environnement et la société.

Le Ministère de l’Instruction, de l’Université et de la Recherche coordonne et finance les projets présentés par des Instituts Culturels d’excellence. Parmi les Projets Symbole du Plan National de la Recherche 2010-12 figure l’étude de la fastueuse Villa dei Papiri, a Ercolano, documentée en détail par les campagnes de fouilles du dix-huitième siècle et encore inexplorée à 90%.

De prestigieuses structures italiennes et étrangères sont impliquées, à l’occasion de la Plate-forme Internationale sur l’Exploration Spatiale, auprès de l’église de San Romano de Lucca, dans une conférence mondiale pour l’innovation technologique dans la tutelle et la sauvegarde des biens culturels.

Immer mehr Länder befassen sich mit der Entwicklung globaler Strategien zum Schutz des Kulturerbes. Dieser besitzt eine doppelte Wertigkeit: eine immanente wegen des kulturellen Werts und eine äußere wegen der Auswirkungen auf Wirtschaft, Land, Umwelt und Gesellschaft.

Das Ministerium für Unterricht, Universität und Forschung koordiniert und finanziert die Projekte, die von den bedeutendsten Kulturinstituten vorgelegt werden. Zu den Vorzeigeprojekten des Nationalen Forschungsplans 2010-12 gehört die Untersuchung der prunkvollen Villa dei Papiri in Herculaneum, die bei den Ausgrabungen des 18. Jahrhunderts ausführlich dokumentiert wurde, aber noch zu 90% unerforscht ist.

Angesehene italienische und ausländische Institutionen beteiligen sich anlässlich der Internationalen Plattform zur Erforschung des Weltraums in der Kirche San Romano in Lucca an einer Weltkonferenz für technologische Innovation zum Schutz der Kulturgüter.

Cada vez son más los países comprometidos con el desarrollo de estrategias globales para la protección y salvaguardia del patrimonio cultural. Esto adopta una doble valencia: intrínseca por su valor cultural, extrínseca por las repercusiones en la economía, el territorio, el medio ambiente y la sociedad.

El Ministerio de Educación, Universidades e Investigación coordina y financia los proyectos presentados por las más destacadas Instituciones Culturales.. Entre los Proyectos Insignia del Plan Nacional de Investigación 2010-12 figura el estudio de la fastuosa Villa dei Papiri, en Herculano, detalladamente documentada en las campañas de excavación del siglo XVIII y todavía hoy sin explorar en un 90%.

Con la participación de prestigiosas estructuras italianas y extranjeras, con ocasión de la Plataforma Internacional sobre la Exploración Espacial, en la iglesia de San Romano de Lucca, se ha celebrado una conferencia mundial para la innovación tecnológica en la protección y salvaguardia de los bienes culturales.

Растет количество стран, которые принимают активное участие в защите и сохранении культурного наследия. Это наследие принимает двойственное значение: внутреннее по своему культурному значению и внешнее по своему влиянию на экономику, территорию, окружающую среду и общество.

Министерство Образования, Университета и Исследований координирует и финансирует проекты, представленные Институтами Культуры передового опыта. Среди основных проектов Национального Плана Исследований 2010-2012 есть и изучение помпезной Виллы Папирусов в Геркулануме, подробно документированная во время раскопок XVIII века, и по сей день не изученная на 90%.

По случаю Международной Платформы по освоению космоса при церкви Сан-Романо в Лукке престижные итальянские и иностранные структуры вовлечены в международную конференцию по технологической инновации в области защиты и сохранения культурного достояния.
