What I learned at “Rio + 20” about the future we want

Abstract

The paper briefly treats the salient points of the World Summit held in Rio de Janeiro in 2012. As for previous occasions regarding United Nations conferences, the objectives, highlighted and described in this work are aimed at promoting an integrated approach to the planning and construction of cities and urban settlements, promoting development and sustainable management policies and therefore respecting quality of life and work. However, aspects considered to be negative have also arisen in relation to difficulties regarding common recommendations for developing countries, as well as a lack of benefits from green economy for the same developing countries whose aims for production and profitability are principally targeted at fast economic growth.

Viene riportata la sintetica trattazione del Summit mondiale svoltosi a Rio de Janeiro nel 2012. D’altra parte, come nelle precedenti occasioni relative alle Conferenze delle Nazioni Unite, gli obiettivi, sottolineati e descritti nel presente lavoro, sono rivolti a promuovere un approccio integrato di pianificazione e costruzione di città e di insediamenti urbani, promuovendo politiche di sviluppo e di gestione sostenibili e, quindi, nel rispetto della qualità di vita e di lavoro. Ma sono apparsi anche aspetti non positivi, in relazione alle difficoltà di comuni raccomandazioni, nonché di una mancanza di vantaggi dell’economia verde per Paesi in via di sviluppo, i cui intenti produttivistici e reddituali sono invece rivolti ad una crescita economica veloce.

Nous reportons le développement synthétique du Sommet mondial qui s’est dé- roulé à Rio de Janeiro en 2012. D’autre part, comme dans les précédentes occasions relatives aux Conférences des Nations Unies, les objectifs, soulignés et décrits dans le présent travail, sont consacrés à promouvoir une approche intégrée de planification et construction de villes et d’habitats urbains, promouvant des politiques de développement et de gestion soutenables et, donc, dans le respect de la qualité de vie et de travail. Mais des aspects non positifs ont aussi apparu, en relation aux difficultés de communes recommandations, ainsi que d’un manque d’avantages de l’économie verte pour des pays en voie de développement, dont les intentions productivistes et de revenu sont, au contraire, consacrées à une croissance économique rapide.

Zusammenfassung

Es folgt eine Zusammenfassung der auf dem Weltgipfeltreffen in Rio de Janeiro im Jahr 2012 behandelten Themen. Einerseits zielten die in dieser Arbeit unterstrichenen und beschriebenen Ziele wie bereits im Verlauf früherer, im Rahmen der Konferenzen der Vereinten Nationen erfolgten Gelegenheiten, auf die Förderung eines integrierten Planungs- und Bauansatzes für Städte und städtische Besiedlungen anhand der Förderung von ntwicklungspolitiken und einem nachhaltigen Management unter Berücksichtigung der Lebens- und Arbeitsqualität ab; andererseits traten auch auf die Schwierigkeiten üblicher Empfehlungen zurückzuführende, wenig positive Aspekte in Erscheinung, die durch die fehlenden Vorteile einer grünen Wirtschaft für die Entwicklungsländer bedingt sind, deren Hersteller und Einkommensbezieher auf ein schnelles Wirtschaftswachstum aus sind.

Se proporciona una sintética descripción de la Cumbre mundial celebrada en Rio de Janeiro en 2012. Por otra parte, como en las anteriores ocasiones relacionadas con las Conferencias de las Naciones Unidas, los objetivos, subrayados y descritos en este trabajo, están encaminados a promover un enfoque integrado de planificación y construcción de ciudades y asentamientos urbanos, promoviendo políticas de desarrollo y de gestión sostenibles y, por tanto, respetando la calidad de la vida y del trabajo. Sin embargo, han emergido también aspectos no positivos, con respecto a las dificultades de recomendaciones comunes, además de una falta de ventajas de la economía verde para los Países en desarrollo, cuyos fines vinculados a la producción y a la renta apuntan en cambio a un crecimiento económico rápido.

Приводится краткое описание всемирного саммита, проведенного в Рио де Жанейро в 2012 году. Как и в предыдущих работах относительно конференций Объединенных Наций, цели, подчеркнутые и описанные в настоящей работе, на­правлены на продвижение комплексного подхода к планированию и построению городов и поселков городского типа, содействуя политике развития и устойчивого управления, а значит и соответствуя качеству жизни и работы. Также обнаружи­лись и негативные черты в связи с трудностями общих рекомендаций, а также с невыгодностью зеленой экономики для развивающихся стран, которые связыва­ют производительность и доход с быстрым экономическим ростом.

Սինթետիկ ձևով բերվում է Ռիո դե Ժանեյրոյում 2012 թ կայացած համաշխարհային գագաթնաժողովի տվյալները: Մյուս կողմից, ինչպես ընդգրկված և նկարագրված են ներկա աշխատանքում, նախորդ Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության կոնֆերանսների նման ուրվագծում են այն պայմանները, որ նպատակ ունեն առաջ տանել քաղաքի պլանավորման, շինարարության և բնակեցման հարցերը, խթանելով զարգացման քաղաքականությունը և պահպանման կառավարումը և այսպիսով, կամուրջ կապել կյանքի որակի և աշխատանքի հետ: Բայց հայտնվել են նաև ոչ դրական կողմերը կապված այն դժվարությունների, ընդհանուր առաջարկությունների հետ, ինչպես նաև զարգացող երկրների կանաչ տնտեսության չօգտագործելու հետ , որովհետև նրանց նպատակն է արտադրել և ունենալ արագ տնտեսական աճը:
